There is a note in my file that states that I am to receive a car wash every time my vehicle is serviced. Last two times I have had service my vehicle was NOT washed. Yes a minor complaint but it should have been done for me. ANOTHER MAIN COMPLAINT IS NO ONE WORKING AT EVERETTE HAD A MASK ON. I don’t understand this as wearing a face covering is not for you but for YOUR CUSTOMERS. IT would be a part of customer service for your associates to wear face coverings to protect your CUSTOMERS.

The job was well done. Everyone was very nice. I had my tires rotated. I realized on the way home that one front tire is out of balance. Can I come back Tuesday and get it balanced. Dillion was terrific!!!

I think it would have been good to give an explanation of the check engine light came on and is there anything I could do to prevent it! The truck is repaired but the why wasn’t explained. The staff was very professional!

Great service. Had a check engine light come on In the middle of a busy work day. Corey got my truck in fast, corrected the problem and back to me all for a reasonable charge. Appreciate the help. Thank you.

The actual service was great , but when I was notified that it was time to pick up my vehicle I went to the window to pick up my key Fob I was informed that I had a 69 dollar service charge , I explained that this was aCPO and this service was covered under the CPO agreement. The young man tried to explain that I owed for the service and I ask to see his supervisor who told me the same , I told the supervisor to please look at my account which he did then said oh yea it is covered , how embarrassing while other customers looked on.
