My only recommendation for your services is that at my last service department
when you had any repairs or service, even an oil change, they would vacuum inside of car. I always thought that was such a nice gesture .
Everette should think about doing the same.
Seth Evans is the excellent at his job and should be the model for all others in the service side of the business. My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles from Everett and prior to that we had two vehicles that we began to get serviced by Everett and became loyal customers because of Seth. We have several family members and friends that their vehicles taken care of by Seth and Everyone I know that uses him are very impressed by his customer service, product knowledge, honesty and professionalism!

I was expecting a much more conservative approach with respect to Covid guidelines. There were no spacing reminders and front-facing employees were not wearing masks. You are a tremendous business. I've had a recent health issue And expected a higher standard. Based on GMC corporate communications, I expected things to look and feel differently in light of current events
