I was excited at how quickly the job was finished. Also Jay in the parts department went out of his way to help with my car's alc.
When I got home with my Yukon, the hood was dented in 2 places. I also was charged for tire rotation and had purchased the tires from you in December. When I went back to cashier after paying I was told I could not get a credit on my card. I would have to wait until my next tire rotation and would have a credit on my account with you. Tire purchase should be on our account so that we aren’t responsible for reminding you that we get free rotations. I had to take yukon back to get dents looked at and now am back again to get it fixed and pick up a loaner. Lots of issue with a simple oil change and tire rotation.
Seth ALWAYS takes care of me and my car! I trust him; I know he won’t steer me wrong. I enjoy doing business with Seth, and I think he is top notch at what he does. He’s really more of a friend than a service advisor. When I needed a new tire yesterday, I knew I could trust Seth’s advice. The tire came in when Seth said it would, and it was mounted before I knew it! I also want to thank Dub for his help yesterday! Seth and Dub are why I trade at Everett’s.

He very clearly explained the problem and said I would need to be able to leave the vehicle for a few days. Being unable at this time to do that, he gave me his card so I could make an appointment later. Adam also explained that a recall item was fixed. Very customer service friendly.
One of the new spark plugs installed turned out to be defective and I had to return almost immediately to get it taken care of, which it was. Also, the pricing for the work done was more than what was quoted to me over the phone the day before. The bulk of the price difference came from the service advisor recommending against using the plugs I previously purchased and brought in, stating that the mechanics / techs have had issues with those plugs (Bosch) generating error codes. The cost of the OEM plugs was/is outrageous at $13.10/plug.
Matt was very professional from start to finish. While I wasn’t satisfied with the out come (extended warranty didn’t cover) his explanation was understandable.
