Only disappointment was no loaner car during our wait

It was very difficult to get notified about parts and scheduling an appointment. If I had not kept calling I would not even know that my part was in. There was no courtesy vehicles available and no one willing to make accommodations.
He followed up during the service to let me know my air filters needed to be replaced. Glad they check them during the service. Always good service.

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I purchased a $70,000.00 diesel truck from Everett and was completely satisfied with the purchase from Dave Roberts. But I had a battery go bad and the truck had a few recalls, so I contacted your service department on Monday to schedule my appointment for today. I was told it would take around 4-5 hours to complete recalls and battery replacement. I asked if I could get loaner vehicle and was told I could not. Kinda sad to spend so much money on vehicle and not be able to get loaner for a few hours. I arrived before 7 am this morning and advised that I did not wish to get one recall that was supposed to take the longest time which was 3 hours done because I did not have the time this morning to wait. So the service needed was only a battery replacement and a ecm reprogram. After waiting 3 hours I asked about the status of my truck because no one answered the text message I was sent to reply to. I was told it was almost done. An hour and a half later I finally got my truck back to leave. I was there for 4 and a half hours. No one ever gave me an update and I was told that it took so long because the diesel tech got backed up. Do not understand how when I made an appointment at 7 and was there before that a tech got backed up. My mirror tag even had written on it 7am appointment and waiter. The lack of communication and the time taken to complete repairs was unacceptable To me. I guess I just expect more since I had such a great experience purchasing the vehicle.
