Service was great-as always. However, I was so disappointed in the lack of respect concerning the COVID situation. Not a single employee was wearing a mask. Most customers were not wearing a mask either. I’m so disappointed that your company is not taking this pandemic more seriously. I doubt I can return for service unless your policy changes and/or we have a vaccine to protect me while I’m there. I wore a mask to protect your employees and customers yet no one wore anything to protect me. So sad as I have truly thought of Everett as an exceptional business to patronize.
Great dealership and the staff always make my visit very enjoyable. Seth always has my best interest and is quick to help keep me satisfied. It is truly a remarkable group of employees working together for the greater good. Congratulations on your combined efforts.
It wasnt as good as it normally is, i was at the store crom 9:30 til 1:45 for an oil change. I had to drive back out there because a panel piece came loose from my driver side door. The parts department did replace it, it wasnt a good experiance at all this time. I'm not holding this experiance against Everette because all of my visit have ben very good. Thanks. I will be back!!!!

Give this man a raise! I came for an oil change and possible tire rotation and expected to be there an hour or two. Brought a book and had full expectations on waiting. You’re always very busy and your lounge isn’t the worst place to wait (drinks, snacks, music, tv) - you’ve got that on point! After about 3 hours Dillon text me an apology and update on my service. I ended up waiting right at 4 hours and Dillon was very apologetic and to my surprise covered my expenses. I had no intentions of wanting anything, but his actions were exactly why I will continue praise and use your business. What may have cost you $60 in service just guaranteed that I purchase my next vehicle from you. I travel about 45 minutes one way to your lot and will continue to do so! Thank you very much for always putting the customer first!
