I ordered tires in Wednesday and were told they would be in Thursday morning. I was told to call at lunch to ensure they were there before I came. I called once, and no one answered. I called a little while later to be told they would check on my tires and give me a call back. I never reveal call and had to call a third time to get an update. Only to find out my tires didn’t arrive, they had to send someone to get my tires, and I would need to wait and come in on Friday. Once I arrived from, everything went smoothly though.
Mr Blair was very helpful and professional. Give him a big raise.
