I always get great service at Everett so this time it was no different. What I was not completely satisfied with is that the vehicle had been brought in previously for the same issue and the problem wasn’t found and I got the truck back just like I had brought in in. Of course this time I bring it in and it’s over the warranty miles so I get to use my extended warranty. It’s not so much about the money but about the fact that the problem wasn’t found and I had to continue to deal with it. On several occasions I did a text contact from your site to get an approval and no one ever got back to me. I work in a medical clinic at UAMS so since March taking off work has been nearly impossible. I finally just decided to drop it off and use a relatives car until it got fixed. I wasn’t going to pick it up until it did. Luckily Seth was so diligent in listening to my concerns and really thought the issue through.

We had to return to Everette service department because the technician failed to connect something correctly ( The engine light came on ) other than that we were very satisfied. Dillion did his job very professional.

I really appreciated the help I received from Seth. I had my vehicle towed in so I never saw Seth in person. Just conversation on phone I felt like I was at home in Nebraska with small town garage and people I knew. He was extremely helpful informative and I immediately felt at ease and had ???? percent trust in him I highly recommended your business. I am very grateful for his help and was so relieved when he told me price. Thank you thank you.

I had requested a 6qt Mobil-1 oil change. I received the standard oil change. I understood the cost increase and was willing to pay it. The advisor wasn’t attentive, seemed to lack patience listening to what services I wanted completed. I got a transmission flush completed. Asked him multiple times what was the procedure, which he couldn’t respond. We discussed this last Thursday. A knowledgeable individual would’ve taken initiative and found that out, so when I showed up for my appt. and asked again, he wouldn’t continue to be clueless. System noted tire pressure was checked. Two were under spec. This was a 3/5 experience. Paying dealership costs, a little professionalism should be expected. I hope this guy was relatively new. Not ripping a new one, raising the expectation.
