As far as I know, the repair work is fine, but since I just picked up the car today, we shall have to wait and see. My dissatisfaction is with the condition that the interior of my car was left after the service work. There were grease/ black marks all over the driver’s side floor mat and greasy prints on the doors and upholstery. I went back to Everett and Seth cleaned it for me, but that should have been taken care of prior to the car being released. This is the second time this has happened to me and I find the lack of attention to detail to be quite disturbing. It makes me wonder if the service work also lacks attention to detail.

Matt was super nice. He did a great job in letting me know what’s next for my vehicle. Unfortunately when I was preparing to head to work this morning, my check engine light came on. After arriving to work, I was instructed to move my vehicle but it wouldn’t start. It’s still dead. When I’m finally off work today, I’ll have to contact triple A to make it home.

We had a 10:30 appointment for break pad change. It took just under four hours. It made for a long day and it was difficult getting information from seevice advisors. Not sure why, this is not our usual experience.
