Although I bought my vehicle out of state this was my first time going to Everett and I must say I was very impressed. I was equally appreciative of the soft Christian music , the professionalism of not only Cory but the entire staff I had contact with. Everett believes in true customer service!

I was happy with the finished product I just wish I took a little less time and I was communicated with a little bit more. I received a text when I first got there that said if I had any questions to please text back. After waiting an hour I saw a text asking for an ETA. 20 minutes later I sent a second text after no response 10 minutes later I went to the front desk and ask for a status and they were able to get in my car within a few minutes. I work at a hospital and I really feel like multiple touches via text messaging telling me that the process is going along nicely or somebody stopping by just to ask how I was doing would’ve been helpful. I thought it was gonna take an hour and ended up taking an hour and a half. I don’t know if I didn’t stop and say anything if it would’ve taken longer, but overall I’m satisfied with the work that was done.
I had to leave my car for three weeks to make sure everything was ok and as soon as I got it back the check engine light went on
There was miscommunication between myself and the service department on what i was quoted and what i was billed, but i talked to the folks about it and was treated with respect and was given the price i was quoted. I appreciated not having to argue or being charged. I will return for my next tire rotation and oil change in the future! My experience was great even before and after the cost issue. Thank you!!!
