Mason was wonderful. I called last month on 07/20/20 and spoke to a lady in service. She said they would have to order the part needed to repair my sunroof and would call me when it came in. I received a call and voicemail from a lady in service from Everett GMC stating the part was in please call for an appointment. I did so. I came in 08/15/2020 at 0840 for a 0900 appointment. Mason took good care of me. After sitting for about 40-45 minutes Mason called my name and told me my vehicle was ready but not fixed because they did not have the part in stock. I was not happy. 104 mile round trip and 3 hours wasted of my Saturday. This is ridiculous. Again, Mason was great and apologized for the mixup. Nothing against him. Now I will have the pleasure of coming back down there and using up another Saturday morning. I will, however, be calling the day before to make sure the part needed to repair my 2020 Acadia sunroof is actually in stock. This is the 6th vehicle my husband and I have bought from Everett with the worst service so far.
The work on my vehicle was done in a fast and very professional manner. I return every 5 thousand miles for service as requested by the manufacturer.

Super friendly, informative employees. Quick service, I would also like to add that Perry White in sales took time to find extra keys for my vehicle that I did not pickup when I purchased my vehicle , Perry was not my salesperson, but stepped up to help me.

Oil change took a lot longer than normal. I was there for 2 hours. I didnt have an appointment. Everett is the only place I will take my Yukon.
I would have liked having more communication about the status of the repairs on my vehicle. I had an appointment for service @ 7:30 on Thursday and was given a courtesy car because some of it was a warranty repair. No work was done on my vehicle on Thursday, not even the oil change. All work was completed by 1:00 on Friday and the warranty repairs seems to be working at this time.

This has been the best experience with GMC service at Everett they I have experienced. Mason was professional and respectful and very helpful with all my questions. All of the service people were, but Mason seemed to stand out from the rest that I’ve have experienced.
The service was completed within the amount of time I assumed it would take in my service advisor called me on my phone to let me know when it was finished and I could pick it up. Smooth transaction.
