Clean timely service at a peak time very happy
Very professional great service
I told the gentleman who took care of me that my starter was dragging. He was very nice and the service was really quick. He's said they could not find the issue with the starter, but it was logged. It does not mention the starter anywhere on my ticket. I don't want my warranty to expire and my starter to go out and have to pay out of pocket. I ask if the starter could be having issues because of the bad battery the was put in my car, that has already given me a ton of issues. I was told that wouldn't, but I'm still unsure that everything was taken care of properly. It took months to fine out that someone there put the wrong battery in my car. I just don't want this to be the same experience.
The service is always great and the staff are very friendly.
Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. (Up to that point, I had not noticed any problems with the steering or alignment.) After a bit, I was called and informed that the camber was out of adjustment, and the tires would soon begin to wear unevenly. Wanting to keep the truck operating its best, I authorized a front end alignment. When it was done, I drove home. On the way, I noticed that the truck now drifts slightly to the left. I guess I will have to bring it back if I want to get it corrected, but it’s about a 120 mile round trip from my home.
They explained why they can not fix my vehicle.
I was so happy to get my Enclave back today. Stanley provided excellent service from the moment I brought the car in, even was able to complete the job cheaper than estimated ???? I was also very appreciative that Everett was able to provide me with a loaner car until mine was ready. Great dealership with great employees, keep up the good work!

Was told I needed two new front tires. They are less than 6 months old. Although I was not pressed at all about it sounded fishy to me.
