My truck is still rattling but iam gonna take it somewhere else because I feel as though my concerns are not being met. I will never buy another vehicle from everette. My previous advisor dub berke is a phoney he doesn't care about people it's just a paycheck for him.The loaner people are not courteous as well.
I sat in the customer waiting area for 2 1/2 hours waiting for an oil change. And tire rotation. I requested a replacement vanity mirror for driver’s side. However all I need is the door flap. I think they were looking for an outside mirror- which they didn’t have and was back ordered. Price quote was 220.00 .. Someone dropped the ball. You would think that someone would relay to the service tech - that the part wasn’t in stock- that being said even though it wasn’t the part I needed and I could have been on my way. During the time I sat in the waiting area for that long—Not one person offered to check on what type of services I was there for. This has never happened before. I know that you are busy- I was very disappointed . Ronnie Everett is the very reason I came to Everett. I wasn’t charged for my oil change.
All went well.
But
I did notice several of the Everett employees were walking around and NOT wearing masks. This did make me somewhat uncomfortable. I am a recent chemo and radiation patient and my immune system has been compromised.

I made an appointment so I would not have to sit there for almost 3 hours. People came after me and left before me. Then I witnessed Mason driving my truck recklessly which I did not appreciate. Normally I get very good service but this was not the case today.
They were fast and efficient even washed my car and got my shiny wheels cleaned.

Matt is an excellent service advisor, all my service needs were met.
Call days in advance to set appointment communicated the problem with my vehicle gave the last eight digits of VEN# was told the part was in stock and cost with labor was $374. I arrive On time for the appointment. After the oil change I was call up to Discussed the new price over $500 now and the part was not in stock it takes me 1 1/2 hr one way. FOR AN OIL CHANGE. no no no!!! i set an appointment to have my truck fixed my back door will not lock and I have two kids.
Now it is not all about the Price some of it is but I was told you had the part. So 6/12 hr was wasted on an oil change. That **** I needed it fixed and still do. Probably will not be back to this GMC First bad Experience at GMC. ****
