The only thing that bugged me is you have a BIG sign on your door that says face mask required and the customers in the lobby didn't have mask on at least half of them if they don't care for themselves then at least the person next to or around you. SAD

We bought this new car from Everett 3 years ago, the battery went out... I was assured that the new battery that y’all put in had a 48 month warranty on it.. my question is why didn’t the original battery have a 48 month warranty on it , instead of me having to pay $230 for y’all to replace it... don’t it kinda make you wonder??? Thank you , your guys kinda thought “ ha, your right”..... ??????????????????????

It took y’all 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation I wouldn’t have been mad if I wasn’t one of the first cars in line. Also if I would go ask about my car I would be talked over by the employees. Way to many employees in the service center for social distancing to be accomplished. I’m not sure if I’ll come back.
