Keep going , you guys at the best service I ever have.
We asked about a clicking sound in the front left wheel. We asked if he wanted us to let him hear it with us slowly rolling the vehicle. He said no. He later stated it was a marble in the third row that was causing the clicking sound. I questioned him on it several times and he assured me it was fixed. It is still clicking and now we have to take time out of our schedule to drop it off again for service.
Seth was a very knowledgeable and well organized person. He helped me figure out my problem with thermostatic connectors and found a problem with slippage. He is an excellent employee and the service was great too. Thank you for making my car run good again.

The wait time was very long. With an appointment. And there was no updates unless I went and asked.
Service was good. I attempted to speak with Brian Baker regarding a conversation from January. He was not available and I was told he would call me back. Have not been able to receive an answer since I purchased this truck.

To much delay on getting my vehicle. I seen my vehicle pulled out of the bay and it sat there 20 mins before I found Mason. Then he didn't remember me. I had to tell him who I was. Once I was ready to leave...there was no one available to get my vehicle. Not the typical service that I have experienced in the past. When I arrived this morning there was no vehicle waiting and 2 empty bays. I still had to wait over 2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Sad part is that I bought my tires there and told Mason I bought the tires there. I was still charged for a tire rotation and after I mentioned it they said they would refund my money.
Seth is great, he has always taken good care of my needs!
Everything was well done and the car is running better than ever. We will be back in the future.
I have always received excellent Customer Service from Seth, and when it comes to the maintenance of our vehicles by Everett, Seth tells it straight with his recommendations to maintain our vehicles...THAT is why I prefer to do my business with Everett and will not go anywhere else for the service on our vehicles.
