Nanette did an excellent job to arrange to have my car picked up for service. My wife had been in the hospital for 4 1/2 months and was recently discharged and we where unable to bring our car in. Excellent employee! Everyone at Everett is always helpful and courteous. Only thing my car needed when they were finished was a car wash.

This was my time for service after purchasing my Yukon. Dillon answered all my questions and assisted with getting my vehicle inline for service. I arrived at 1:07PM and my vehicle went on the rack at 2:07. At 2:57 the service tech turned in his paperwork and shortly thereafter I received a text indicating my vehicle was ready. I felt this was a bit long, but admittedly, I was a walk-in. Nevertheless, I talked with Dillon and he recommended that I scheduled my service. Dealing with Covid protocol, I opted to spend most of my time outside. Observation, during the service of my vehicle, the service attendant needed to bring paperwork inside to the service counter and at completion, he had to drive the vehicle to the far end of the parking lot which added a lot of steps and time to complete the activity. Seems like a this was a bit of not valued activity. Nevertheless, I was completely satisfied with service to my vehicle. Regards

Had a 10am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. My vechile was not done till 11:30am. I feel that with an appointment, I should not have had to wait that long.

He wasn’t able to fix the vibration that I told them about on the muffler heat shield so when I drove out of there it was vibrating again and I called and got one of the other guys out there to look at it and he fixed it. It was just a loose Clamp that was an easy fix but he was sending me home without fixing it

My only problem is the man that checked me in was wearing a mask that covered his mouth not his nose and I put my mask on when he was reading my odometer. The girl that check me out also did no have nose cover, but she was trying to keep it pulled up.
