John and Airpark are the best there is. No question about it.
You have become completely overpriced and not customer service oriented. I found another mechanic who did exactly what you wanted to do with my Jeep for half the amount! Sorry to say, but I won't be using Airpark ever again!
Every time I bring my jeep in for routine maintenance it goes perfectly seamlessly. I the work is always done when Kyle says it will be. He explains everything in detail to me. He is by far the Best service manager I have ever had in my entire driving life.
I am unhappy that you cannot fix my problem even after many attempts. Seems like you keep finding the same problem that I keep paying to have fixed. Richard Small on the other hand is always pleasant and sympathetic and seems to care.
Just came in for basic maintenance and Kyle arranged a windshield replacement during my visit! I have had a crack glass for many months and he helped me get it taken care of that day! Continues to be amazing!

Horrible. Did not even look at my ississue and I had a 3 day rental chacharge. Was told to go to a different Dodge dealer. Simple diagnostic with no result.
