actually is the 2nd time i took truck 5o get the paint protection and rotate the tires and last time and this time they charged me but did not rotated the tires yes i mark the tires prior to going there and after i picked the truck the tires were never rotated so i toold the cashier and he was like oh oppps

I am very pleased with my recent experience and the excellent service I received. Phil Mahon kept me well informed through the 9 days that my Journey was in the shop. The only problem I had was the Loaner vehicle I was given. Being a lady of 76 and used to driving a vehicle without a ton of tech, I was not happy with the 2023 Hornet I had. I was never able to get comfortable with during my daily commute to West Phoenix and back home via the 10 and the 202. Your rental person needs to take the age of the person who is requesting the rental. Thank you all for the great service. You have gained a new customer.
I chose to use your services because you’re closer to my home than Chapman Ram on Indian School, where I originally purchased the vehicle and had been very happy. After picking up my truck from an oil change, fuel filter, and water separator filter service, along with a tire rotation, I noticed several issues. The oil life percentage wasn’t reset, the fuel filter life wasn’t updated, and the “service required” light is still on, indicating that the CCV filter needs to be changed. Something I would think your technicians would notice and notify the customer service rep to upsell an additional service and part. Additionally, the tire pressure system shows that the tires were rotated, but the air pressure was not adjusted. Now, I’m running 80 pounds of pressure in the front tires and 65 in the rears. I do understand that the tire pressure system requires a certain number of miles to update, but that has not yet happened.
Out the door, I spent just over $800, and missing these simple checks is extremely disappointing. I run a company that services equipment, so I understand that not doing things right the first time with a new customer can result in losing that customer. Right now, my inclination is to return to Chapman Dodge Ram, as I’ve always been satisfied with their service.
The only positive feedback I have is that my customer representative, Phil, was very engaging, polite, and actively communicated with me.
