John did an excellent job listening to my concerns about my vehicle and made sure they were clearly communicated to the technician working on it. He also kept me well-informed about the progress throughout the process. After getting my car back, I could tell that most of my concerns had been addressed. Unfortunately, the rattle noise returned fairly quickly, but I could tell that an attempt had been made to fix it. Aside from that, everything else was resolved, and I’m happy with the overall outcome.

Since this was “yes” / “no” option I chose “no”. Only because it took such a long time. I was told ahead of time it would take about an hour and a half, so it was as promised, but an hour and a half is a long time for an oil change and tire rotation.
