I’ve been working with Jon since I got my Alfa my in 2019. And this is the best service department experience I’ve ever had with any vehicle. I really appreciate that. I can actually talk to him, he listens, helps me communicate with the technicians, and actually The team gets my issues resolved. They were able to fix a problem that two other dealerships could not fix for a year. This is not the closest dealership to me, but I am more than willing to travel.
Kyle Heckathorn was extremely helpful in getting my car serviced quickly and supportive with my concerns. He had my vehicle road tested after the steering damper was replaced. The car is running beautifully now and I am very pleased with the service I received. Kyle is an excellent service advisor.

Kyle was amazing! He was super kind, helpful and went above and beyond for me! He let me know about tire rotations and oil changes I wasn’t aware I had and even stayed late so I could pick up my car the same day! Whatever the dealership is paying him is not enough!
