I expected that my service representative to have checked if repairs were covered by my MPP by my vehicle warranty before providing a quote for the repair.
I made the appointment for an oil change and was greeted by Gary. He was super friendly and provided outstanding customer service by listening to my questions/concerns regarding recall issues with my 2023 4xe Jeep Grand Cherokee. All recall items were fixed, oil changed, car washed…overall a very positive experience!
Racing is outrageous. On to me a non-wearable part i.e. the rotors on a vehicle that doesn’t have 50,000 miles should not be something that I’m having to pay for when the pads were over 30%. Put on top of that that I can’t use my diesel truck to tow because the transmission gets confused adds to insult and injury. Ott think I need to come back here. This has nothing to do with john he has always done a great job. This is about the dealership.
