Kyle was excellent and I appreciate his efforts. As far as I know, the work done is satisfactory (to be seen after driving for a while). But, I am completely DISSATISFIED with the dealership / "corporation" as they have implemented a completely unreasonable and in my opinion fraudulent surcharge on payments made by Credit Card. This is a DISSERVICE to your customer. You are charging 3%, and I know you are not being charged 3% (probably less than 1.25%), which means you are defrauding your customer. Great business practice guys! NOT. You have lost my business, and that of my family and my company. Greed never wins. Good luck.

Friendly, trustworthy and timely service but pricing is unfair. And now Airpark will be charging a 3% fee on all credit card transactions. Totally absurd! We are not happy about this!

Richard Small is the best service advisor i have come across always knowledgable and thorough. Communication has always been spot on! Sadly my Grand Wagoner has had quite a few issues, if i get another it will be because Richard has been able to solve all of the issues.
Kyle was very nice from the start. Gave me the information I needed and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t. Professional and had my oil change and wash done in under 45 minutes.
