The service part of my experience was great. My Pacifica is a handicap vehicle for my power chair. I did not appreciate a salesman calling me to ask if my service experience was a good one, he then tried to sell me a new vehicle without having looked at my potential trade in, had he looked 1st, he would have realized that my trade in would be a modified Pacifica with a freedom motors handicap ramp on the back of my vehicle. Do your homework 1st before you launch a sales pitch for a trade in, I was not happy about it, and will be taking my vehicle elsewhere in the future for any repairs needed in the future
