Anthony was absolutely amazing. My husband and I were so impressed with his proactive, reliable communication and his ability to understand and meet our needs. I can’t say enough good things about him. It makes me truly happy to have a Chrysler since there’s someone like Anthony to whom we can bring our car when it needs maintenance or service. Thank you, Anthony and team! Anthony’s team members also worked hard to ensure we could have the car back so my husband could get to work out of town. We can’t thank you enough.

Kyle was very helpful in getting my jeep fixed under its extended warranty. He was proactive in getting it on the schedule to be fixed. Charging an extra 3% for a credit card charge is completely out of bounds and a turn off. Bury it in the price so it does not give the customer a poor taste in their mouth that they are getting nickeled and dined to death.

300c has not been properly diagnosed twice. Dissatisfied with the advice to drive the car more. I've owned it for 15 years and have only experienced this problem recently.
