I was told the service appointment was for 9 AM when I got there. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to come and help me once that occurred. I was told that it would be somewhere around two hours to get my key programmed and replaced then I was taken into the waiting room and found out that the key was not ordered from the night before after it was paid for they had a call another dealer to get a key and it would be another 30 minutes before it would be there. I was so frustrated that I spent 50 minutes even before I found out that the key was not ordered. I left the shop asked for my money back, spoke to management and told them I would never return. I will be posting a review online detailing my experience and telling people to stay away from your service and parts department. I met with both the service manager and the sales manager, and they pointed the finger at each other and did absolutely nothing to try and solve the problem or compensate me for my time rating zero!

Jeep not repaired. First they didn’t hear anything until I took him for a ride after they had it for 5 days. Then could find it. My friend is a 22 year Jeep mechanic in mn. I called him. He said it’s your cv axles. They need replacing. Not sure I want to return to your dealership. Very rude to my brother when he picked it up for me.

Friendly and professional staff. Clean customer lounge with nice amenities and vending machines . My wait wasn’t unreasonably long and I was checked out in a timely manner.

I typically request another member of the service department and made my request for an appointment to bring in my vehicle for the IPC replacement recall on 3/11 to drop off on 3/27. I understood that as part of the replacement, my vehicle would have to stay at the dealership for 2-3 days while the part arrived and could be installed. I dropped the vehicle on a Thursday afternoon, 3/27, and was promised that it should be ready for pickup the following Tuesday or Wednesday as it takes about 1-2 business days for the part to arrive. I had heard from Anthony on Monday that the part had been ordered Friday and was still en route so the promised return date was still correct. When I heard from Anthony again it was not until Wednesday morning when he was informing me that the part had still not arrived but that he was in touch with his part manager on the status. He mentioned at that time that he would try to find me a loaner vehicle since there was not one available for me when I dropped off the vehicle. Later in the afternoon I still have no idea where the part is and Anthony or the parts manager can seem to locate the part with tracking information nor an explanation as to why it is delayed. I told Anthony that I will absolutely need a loaner vehicle at this point and he informed me that one had been retuned that day however he could not have it cleaned before closing. He offered to get me into a rental vehicle but I had to make it to the rental car office before 5pm which was not feasible for me to do that day as I had prior commitments. I reached out to him again Thursday morning, my vehicle being in his possession for 5 business days at this point, and he let me know the part is not estimated to arrive to the dealer for yet another week. At this point I felt very taken advantage of. I had been more than patient with this experience without being provided any information on the delay and no sense of urgency on the team’s part. I told Anthony that it was completely unacceptable for me to be without my vehicle for nearly 2 weeks and that I needed a loaner immediately. He was able to get the loaner cleaned, I guess this meant wiping down and vacuuming the interior, the outside was dirty and I was not left with a full tank of gas. I requested to speak with a manager of the service department at this point because I very much felt like nobody was listening to me, had any sense of urgency to fix the situation, and still could not explain the delays. After picking up the loaner vehicle Thursday afternoon, I received a phone call from the manager on Friday morning explaining they are trying to expedite but cannot make any promises. Not even 5 hours later, the part magically makes its way to the dealership and is installed and my vehicle complete. I generally have a pleasant experience with this dealerships and the service department, when I deal with my usual representative, Kyle. However, this has been a terrible experience that makes me question if I will return. I do not believe a customer should have to proactively reach out for updates only to be told the dealership has absolutely no information and no way to get information about a repair. Poor communication and no sense of urgency on Anthony’s part.
