Mr Lopez is true professional as a service adviser.He kept me advised on all the repairs being done on my vehicle. Some parts needed to be ordered and he advised me on when the parts would be in and when I could expect my vehicle to be done. Great job, he's why I bring my truck to Midway.
Cesar did a great job for me. He understood what I wanted and made sure it happened. I would use Cesar as my service advisor again. He is patient, knowledgeable and kind.
One of the issue I had was with license plate light not working . I was told it’s replaced and fixed but I still see the light is not working . After I examined personally it looks like light is fine but there is some loose connection.
I doubt the issue was same before replacement . If that’s true then it does not even make sense to replace the bulb instead of fusing issue . And it costed me like 35 bucks to get this done but not fixed
