Horrible communication on timing. I told him what needed to be done and he didn't give a time frame nor am update.
Evan Frykman is the best! I felt that I could rely on his advice..being a widow it is important to have someone I feel is giving me the best info re my car repair. This is my third time with Evan as my service advisor.

I’ve owned cars from 10 different manufacturers in 4 states in my life and this is by far, not even close, the worst service center I have experienced. I am confident it is one of the worst in the country. I will never be back to this service center and I will never own another Ram for that reason.
