I DIDNT REALLY LIKE THE SERVICE ADVISOR. HE SEEMED MORE INTERESTED IN GETTING BIG MONEY OUT OF ME, BUT I LET HIM KNOW I KNOW THE ROPES AND CANT BE FOOLED. HE SEEMED NOT REALLY HELPFUL ON TRYNA SAVE ME MONEY WITH ANY COUPONS. BACK IN THE DAY WHEN I USE TO GO THERE FOR YRS, DRAGON ALWAYS HELPED ME SAVE AS A CUSTOMER. HE WAS A GOOD, FAIR SERVICE ADVISOR. IM NEVER GOIN BACK THERE AGAIN! CANT BELIEVE I PAID THAT MUCH FOR A ROUTINE OIL CHANGE AND AIR FILTER. AUTONATION CHEVY NUCH CHEAPER AND BETTER ON OIL CHANGES, SPECIALS
