Tried to sell me very expensive unnecessary services. Had a powertrain problem that allegedly is not covered under the powertrain warranty. Will be contacting Ram corporate to discuss this further. When deciding whether or not to provide "goodwill" towards my problem, dealership also claimed I had no prior relationship with them despite having bought our Durango there.
Truly the best, nobody else I’ll bring my truck to.

Kyle is always very helpful. I have not enjoyed my new Dodge Hornet as it constantly has issues and sensor warnings going off, and parts that don’t work and have become a safety hazard. Kyle has been patient with me, explains what’s going on and what can and cannot be fixed (yup still (bugs that don’t have fix’s - thx dodge), and always answers all my questions.

I dropped my car off at 7 am on Wednesday. Gary informed me that my particular problem would require getting looked at by a special technician, not just one of the regular mechanics. He said that it may be the end of the day, or the next morning to get it looked at and diagnosed, which was fine, minus the fact that I didn’t hear from him again about the status of my car. Even a quick text to say that your mechanic was looking at it or that he would have something for me in the morning would have sufficed, but it was radio silence.
Finally at 5, I called Gary and left and message for him and then called over to the service department. Whoever answered the phone asked for my service advisor name and then immediately transferred to Gary’s line for me to leave a message, not particularly wanting to stay on the phone to attempt to answer my question. I called back on the service line to see if someone else could just give me an update to see if my car was even looked at, but then no one answered the phone and was transferred to a message center offsite, which was counter productive.
After about 20 minutes, I gave up calling the service department and called your sales department. The woman who answered was very helpful when I explained that no one was answering over in service and I would love to talk to a human over there to just see if my car was even looked at. She assured me that she’d call the service department directly to make sure someone would answer and then transfer me over there, which she did, which was greatly appreciated. The tech said that the car had been checked out and he gave me a very brief overview of the notes about the car and that they were waiting on Gary to do the estimate.
A text or quick phone call from Gary about wherever in the process my car was when he left for the day would have prevented me getting the run around and getting frustrated by the lack of communication.
John is always professional and helpful in scheduling all service work on the vehicle. Trust his opinion and value his time
