I’m glad you are requesting feedback regarding my recent service visit. While the repair work itself was acceptable, several aspects of the overall experience were disappointing and should be addressed.
After a nearly $1,700 service bill, the vehicle was returned without being washed. While not critical, this is a basic expectation at a dealership service department and sets the tone for the customer experience.
When picking up the vehicle, I asked about a small keychain that had been on my keys. I was told, “remember when you dropped it off we asked you to take all of your belongings,” in a manner that felt dismissive. I later found the broken keychain in the cup holder. This was a minor item, but the response and lack of ownership were unnecessary. A straightforward apology would have been sufficient.
More importantly, the issues I was told could not be replicated reoccurred the same day I picked the vehicle up. Additionally, there was still residual glass present in the headliner shade from the prior break, which should have been addressed during the repair.
I came to your dealership after a very poor experience with another service department and was hopeful I had found a dealership in the Phoenix area I could rely on long term. Given the above, I was disappointed.

The error code for start / stop service unavailable was brought to your dealership for service prior to my 50k miles. I actually took it to another mechanic 1st who said they couldn't diagnose it.It only had to be diagnosed by Alfa romeo.I have a copy of this with mileage. Not only did you ignore this code at the time,but you never provided a service report. On 1.20.26 I asked for a copy of my prior diagnostic report showing the same.error code you diagnosedbat 52k miles but I was informed by my service advisor that you do not have access to past diagnostic records? This will be my 2nd request.i would like to discuss prior to escalation.I can be reached at ****-****-xxxx.

Kyle is the reason I have my vehicle serviced at Airpark. Besides being a good guy he is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He should be promoted

The check engine light is on 50 miles after picking it up and spending almost $5000 and having it in the shop 4 different times for the same problem. Plus now I have and oil leak because of the repair this needs to get fixed properly and I will need transportation
Primary reason for returning for car care is Kyle. He is informative and trustworthy.
I would come back again just cause of the great service I always receive from her. :)
