Took almost two weeks to get my car back. No communication the first week after I dropped it off. Finally picked it up yesterday and still having issues with the step going up and down sometimes.
Disappointed to say the least.
If the vehicle had to be in for a recall regardless, the diagnosis for the other issue should have been waived for the inconvenience of bringing the vehicle in.
