RGD managed the handling of my vehicle on Oct. 12, and it was a pleasant experience. I was given a loaner vehicle, the work was completed earlier than expected, and the charges not as high as my past experiences with you. RGD quickly broke down everything for me as to what needed doing now, and what could wait if necessary. We then discussed an approximate timeline for those future service needs. I felt very satisfied with my visit today.
