Scott in Service was very open and upfront about what repairs our RX350 needed and reviewed in detail what they found and repairs that were completed. Also. Very timely service / repairs.
I was told when I need a brake service that my rotors cannot be machined even once. Not sure if that’s true. Still 4 stars but not 5.
