Reuben was fantastic! The last couple of times I had brought my jeep in it was a very rocky experience. As soon as I brought in my car, Reuben instantly greeted me and kept me up to date through the entire process! He even spoke to my dad who lives on the other side of the country to keep him posted. Reuben is the only reason why I will be bringing my Jeep back to this Jeep!

I am very disappointed with the dealership. I purchased a 2022 jeep compass Trail Hawk about three weeks ago. First i am really disappointed with your customer service. The manager at the time was Kyle who was great working with. But since he was a manager he couldn’t spend a lot of time with me. But he would check on pme. Which he did. But I give your salesman and low mark He showed me the jeep that Kyle thought I would like And I did I took it on a test drivpppe and was really impressed I have been always going from Kia to Chevrolet and then to Nissan. I was really impressed with the compass and I havep Kyle to thank. When he started working there he contacted me and op P phi said i should entertain a jeep since my wife and I moved up to mountains inl Dewey Back to my problem after I took the test drive I asked about k on okcertain features and was told by the salesman that this was a new model and wasn’t sure Whlle waiting to meet with finance no one came over to p if I have any questions or concerns and who they were when I finally took possession of the jeep I noticed that the tire was low the salesman said they were supposed to check that. And if it still low come back in the morning. I aloso noticed that one of the cup holders had dry rotted. I was told to come back. Like I said the next day I was told that if there was a leak they would charge me. I politely said I was told the nillght before that they would not charge me because one it is under warranty and I just bought the car I had to get a sale manager involved I had the same problem with the cup holder and got someone else involved PIt sounds like most of your staff either has been trained properly or they don’t care. Either one is bad well the third day i had the jeep I noticed that the rear view mirror was not working and also noticed that the AUTO START and STOP was not working. Well I live about 2 hours away. So I waited until I could get there. The only reason I bought it here was because of Kyle recommending your dealership. He said he really excited to be there so a couple of days later I coming to town so I dropped by the service department. I explained what was happening and could they help me out since I live so far away. I was then assigned a writer. He took the jeep back so someone could take it back for a moment to see what they think. Well I went to the waiting room and after a half hour went to go find out what was wrong. I was told that the technician took it out for a drive and that the auto stop and start was working. I just have to turn off the a/c I am Vietnam veteran with agent orange and Parkinson disease so I have been around the block and this wasn’t my first car I told the writer that doesn’t make sense. And as for rear view mirror I would need to setup an appointment. That it be there about 3 to days i left that day after being there for about four hours. I was Not happy. Well I called the person that was my writer and he said he would call me back to set up a time and day and try to get a rental for me since I live so far away. He told me he would touch base with me the next day. Well it didn’t happen. When I called looking for him I was told he had a family emergency. Well don’t get me wrong I believe that family comes first but if I knew tha were waiting on me I would have had someone call you and let you know. Well the day I was running some errands and realized that I was 20 minutes away. I called the service department and asked for the person who was supposed to be my writer and pit went to voicemail. I started to drive that way since it was on my way home I waited about 10 minutes and called again. This time he was outside. So I asked the person that answered the phone if I could come by about the auto start and stop that I had done research to see if there was anything was missed. He said if I can be there in the next 20 minutes he could squeeze in. Well I got there in 10 minutes and he got a tech to check it out. Well about a half hour later I saw my jeep in a bay. Sitting there I asked what was wrong and was told that they are working on it. I asked again about the mirror and told I needed to make an appointment because the technician wasn’t sure and didn’t want to order a replacement until they found out why it isn’t working. And that is when I almost lost it this technician said that I wasn’t doing anything right for the auto start and stop I asked him to take me out on drive and show me. We got into the jeep and got on the lroad. He adjusted the inside temperature to 74 and when we stopped the auto start and stop worked. But if you put the cabin temperature down to any where in the 60 it didn’t work that was not sitting well with me. Then he opposed said when you come in for the mirror we’ll call engineering about both problems but we will need the jeep for the three or four days and the dealership can take home and you up. Because they don’t when they will be able get a rental. I explained again how far away I live. I told them I am not happy here I have a great car about three weeks old and I have problems that are not a quick fix There are more things but these are the major ones. One more thing. Today I received a call from your customer relations regarding my new car. The girl that called me asked me how my experience was in buying the vehicle and being treated. I said that I was not happy and I wasn’t going to say how I feel. So instead of asking me what was wrong or suggesting that that she would have someone from management call me back She just said ok and goodbye. It sure sounds to me that you need a mature person who can work with staff at all aspects of the job Before I retired I was doing things like that. Because one customer upset can give you a bad name and on the other hand a good customer input could do many things for you not only with the public but also your corporate office. As always, had great customer service. Scott was a terrific rep, Dave did a great service, and had a wonderful new loaner car. Would highly recommend this Lexus dealership. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Hassan was courteous & helpful . The 2 guys I dealt with out front were great both days, even running to my towed car twice to get things I'd need. I hadnt been back because of rude, even mean experiences. So I was relieved to have Hassan's help.
