The issue is that the wrong sized tires were delivered to the dealership. This ended up being an inconvenience. Instead of waiting a couple of hours at the dealership, I had to take a loaner car, and return it at the end of the day (because of work), and deal with traffic.
The technical service part was outstanding but I don’t understand why the inside of the vehicle is never cleaned.
We drive from Yucaipa to South County Lexus because of the excellent customer experience.
