I was under a time crunch. Kyle got my car in, diagnosed and fixed in a time frame that allowed me to keep on schedule. There no doubt were others involved and I appreciate the entire organization. This is the second time I was at Airpark and both have been great.

This was the worst experience that I’ve had at any dealership service department. My service advisor did not keep in contact with me. It took them 4 days to get in contact with me and I had to call him. I was charged $840 for a wiring harness that became magically disconnected. I asked my service advisor how that happened and he said he did not know. When I called the warranty company and ask them why it was not being covered they said my service advisor said the wheel came into contact with it which was a lie. I asked my service advisor if he could correct that information and he said he would and he never got back with me about it. I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau as well as voicing my concerns on Google reviews Facebook reviews yelp reviews. This has been a horrible experience I was in credibly overcharged .
