I brought my 2016 Lexus RX 350 in on Monday November 7th and picked it up on Thursday November 10th. After I picked it up I noticed a scratch on the exterior of the car as well and multi scratches on the interior of the car it looks like animal paw scratches

When I arrived, no one had a record of my appointment and I was never called to say my vehicle was ready for pickup. Consequently I didn’t have use of it over the weekend. I expected better.
I waited quite some time for my car after I was told it was ready. I was told by one of the men outside, “There are two cars missing.” While I wasn’t concerned that my car was indeed “missing” it was unprofessional to be told that.
Anthony always has stellar customer service. Every time we have taken our Jeep to him, he gives us daily status reports, is always available to assist, and is extremely professional. Anthony is definitely top notch!
