Richard small is great and communicative about when you can get you in and out. However today was highly disappointing and I am continuing my research to figure out how my 60,000 mile check up and advise her replacement and a small plastic tailgate replacement real quick(~$275) resulted in a $1790.00 bill! RAM forums say that this service is under $200. I feel taken advantage of for sure there was zero communication about this being a service at this level. I am continuing my research and phone calls to gather competitive estimates for a 60,000 mile service and so far… it is no where near $950 in labor and $850 in product. Super dissatisfied and this should’ve been shared well before I got to the paying point at checkout. I had no choice but to pay it as I had to rush out for a meeting in time. Again, this is wildly expensive and I am still just shocked.

I paid for and was confirmed an oil change happened even though I was still getting messages from my Jeep while finishing up at dealership that it needed an oil change. The paperwork just said checked. Was told it just takes time to connect to the system. Yet the Jeep still shows and warns it needs an oil change. Extremely frustrated not to be listened to as now I need to spend time to bring it back in

After waiting a week for an appointment I get there and they tell me they will call when they have availability to work on my car. That was 3 weeks ago, no call. I have an extended warranty through 100k miles but for ever issue they kept telling me it may not be covered and that they could not do a rental even though it is part of my warranty. Then the one thing they could help with, my headlight, they didn’t really do anything but reconnect a loose wire yet they still charged 200 bucks. If they would have replaced the wire or harness that is likely malfunctioning it would have been covered by warranty, although they kept telling me it prob wasn’t. One guy even asked how many miles on my car (60k) and said it wasn’t covered based on that which makes no sense. My warranty goes to like 100k miles or 8 years. Not to mention the check engine light is on cause of the thermostat which is so obviously covered by warranty. Over managing expectations and under delivering is a problem there. I need to get this fixed so I am making an appointment at bill Luke which is 20 miles away.

I felt that we had limited communication with our service advisor. My jeep was in your shop for 17 days. We didn’t know that parts weren’t in stock for a week. It is completely unacceptable to leave the customer waiting with no communication for that long. We called several times; even came to the dealership to speak to our advisor several times because we never received a call back. We were never offered a loaner car either. I don’t know anyone who can go 17 days without a vehicle; especially when your business is mobile.
