Jacob was extremely professional and has great soft skills. He quoted me the options and pointed me to the dealership web for savings.
My service advisor, Richard Small, is excellent. He does his best with what he has to work with. Unfortunately that includes an understaffed service shop, arbitrary allocation limitations on ordering certain parts, and of course backorders. Some of this reflects how chrysler/stelantis runs things, the current labor market environment, and supply chains but work needs to be put into all of these areas. Expansion or increased service staff would be beneficial but as I started with, this is not a reflection on my advisor and he does a good job with what he can control.
