Arrived for service on vehicle. Stood around for over 10 min. No one greeted. Workers walked by without acknowledging. BMW down the street greet and assist immediately.
Gentleman not very professional in Service Dept. Called ma a “smart guy” .
Walked away for 10 minutes while in the midst of assisting me.
Did not go over what was completed on vehicle.
Requested tire rotation, not sure it was completed.
Tires now giving low air warning.
Horrible experience.

As a new customer, I was very fortunate to have had Reuben coordinate my service. He was very knowledgeable and professionally provided the information I needed to make decisions regarding my vehicle. He let me know all the costs of front so there were no surprises. My experience was seamless thanks to his customer care.
Rueben was great. Kept us informed was polite. His enthusiasm and can do attitude is infectious.
I was told it would be about 2 hours and it was just under that.

Service was accomplished just fine. My pickup was on a Saturday when my usual advisor was not on, and the car was offered both unwashed (pretty dirty from sitting out), and with only one key. One of the service items was to duplicate the key, so someone should have noted I should be given both.
These were promptly resolved, but moves the grade to 4 stars from a possible 5.
Anthony was awesome, as always. He deserves either a raise or a nice Christmas bonus. Truly happy
