Daven is great. We've bought our last 3 cars from your dealership. But we go elsewhere for most non-warranty service. Your service dept is great, and we'd pay an extra 20% more than our local shop. But the dealership is 100% more...not competitive. Love So County Lexus in general, though.
Reuben was wonderful to work with. He was right on in regards to the time table of working on my Jeep. He actually was able to beat expectations as the Jeep was available earlier than expected.
Service was wonderful. I did have a. Issue with the information provided by the CSR responding to my call at extension 2 … I was told to just show up to have a battery replaced. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told I had to make an appointment and it would take between 2 1/2 in three hours to swap out the batteries. The misinformation from the customer service rep responding to extension two was rather frustrating, but not the end of the world.
