To spend Over $200 for labor for putting a simple license plate bracket and fixing a loose seat cover which probably took 30 minutes top in all and John making me feel like he was doing me a favor. You lost a customer.

This instal should have only taken an hour. I waited for almost two hours for them to get my truck in and it took 5 hours to instal a 5th wheel hitch. Yes they were nice enough to take an hour of labor off however this install should have been complied In a lot less time. Next time I will install myself as I have learned my lesson.
John Otero is a great service manager. He is courteous and knowledgeable.
