My oil light just went on after I drove off the lot! I was unaware this Jeep needed an oil change! I paid for a diagnosis on a coolant leak that I thought was happening that came back very honest: No coolant leak. But I honestly feel I paid a lot for the diagnosis of a non-issue. Based on my loyalty with Airpark Jeep on several Jeeps we’ve owned and serviced over the years (including a rather costly oil leak issue that you resolved with this particular Jeep), I thought I would have been offered and charged for an oil change or just simply had the diagnosis fee waived honestly. I could have taken this Jeep across the street from where I live, Sinclair at the corner of Scottsdale Rd and Lincoln, and they would have told me there’s a non-issue with the coolant, but you need an oil change. I would have paid and been happy with my service then. Instead, I came up to Airpark because I’m very loyal to your service dept and team… Maybe there’s still a way to get this one right. In Berkshire Hathaway Automotive We Trust.

Evan is a wonderful service person and all the staff always goes be feeling above. Everything is punctual. They always let you know when your car is ready they always call you when it’s time to come in the whole experience and the Lexus dealer mission Viejo is just outstanding.

Joe is an amazing advisor. He really went above and beyond this time. I moved out of Scottsdale but I purchased three cars at Airpark Dodge and Joe does a great job with all of them including making arrangements for me to pick up after hours as well as helping me with a new antenna.
