When I called the scheduler told me they wouldn’t be able to even look at my car until 11 days after it was towed in. I left Jacob a message explaining that the car was a year old and that we really needed it for our Christmas vacation plans. He was able to get it fixed and back to me within four days . I am completely satisfied with my experience with your services. Thank you for being so awesome.
