John is great but management ****. No Lyft rides and charging 3 percent credit card fees really really bad. Why don't you set yourself apart from other dealers no cc fees and offer Lyft rides to anyone spending over $300 in service dept. And you don't have free food everybody else does believe me people notice!!!

Richard is always top notch. I do have a complaint however about your phone systems and getting to the proper person when calling. It took 3 attempts and 2 disconnects from your system to reach Richard just to schedule a service visit. Your customers deserve better. Elderly people in particular are most adversely affected by automation gone rogue.

Richard did a wonderful job. I was able to bring my Jeep in quickly and he arranged for a loaner vehicle. The only problem I had was the engine service light and electric mode failing to work the following day after driving it.
