John is great but management ****. No Lyft rides and charging 3 percent credit card fees really really bad. Why don't you set yourself apart from other dealers no cc fees and offer Lyft rides to anyone spending over $300 in service dept. And you don't have free food everybody else does believe me people notice!!!
Anthony is exceptional! And the tech that serviced my car seems to go beyond the call of duty! They both do a great job of customer service.

Richard is always top notch.
I do have a complaint however about your phone systems and getting to the proper person when calling. It took 3 attempts and 2 disconnects from your system to reach Richard just to schedule a service visit. Your customers deserve better. Elderly people in particular are most adversely affected by automation gone rogue.
Richard did a wonderful job. I was able to bring my Jeep in quickly and he arranged for a loaner vehicle. The only problem I had was the engine service light and electric mode failing to work the following day after driving it.
Kyle was very professional, courteous and listened to all my needs. The service was adequately done and I was advised on a couple of problems I had consulted about.
Kyle went above and beyond to help us.
