Appt for a simple oil change was for 1:15. Arrived at 1:22. Simple oil change took over 3 hours. If you can’t do the service at the time scheduled, dont say it will only be less than an hour.
Anthony took excellent care of me and my Ram truck. I had to use a different service writer and didn’t know how it would go, but I was pleasantly surprised at just how well Anthony took care of my problems. I now have two service writers I can trust to get the job done.

I had to pay a lot of money to be told that there was a problem you couldn’t even fully figure out or resolve on the day that I dropped the car off at 9am. Had to call for an update before close, hadn’t even heard from the team and am afraid I would have lost my car for multiple days due to the shop being closed.
Unnecessary trip to the shop and money spent to receive literally nothing.

No info on a part that was needed and noted to be ordered - no communication- went to dealership to pick up vehicle and left with a loaner car - because it actually wasn’t ready or repaired per the service manager.
