Once I addressed concerns I had, with the service manager he handles the situation very respectfully and efficiently. I was impressed with my concerns being taken seriously.
Overall, the whole service experience was and always is very pleasant. The major reason is Ronnie Crowe, our service advisor of several years; he is a great representative for South County Lexus.

Fantastic job - very good attention to detail.
With multiple phone calls AND VOICE MESSAGES to Joe with no response except one where he said he would call back and never did I finally went through someone else. The job was completed and the service the day of was excellent as always but he’s either overloaded or there has to be a better return call system at the dealership. I don’t believe his actions are intentional but it was a series of calls for a month to finally get in.
As always, Daven took good care of me and all went well.
