Hassan was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me on his day off and have the technician triple check to make sure the original thought on my car was accurate. That ended up saving me money. Very respectful, polite, friendly and professional. Really enjoyed working with Hassan.

The staff was very curious and professional. Evan was outstanding. The greeters and drivers were also great. My only concern was the pricing. When I bought the certified product I was promised 4 services curious of lexus. I did not know there were different levels of service. Instead of Mt final free service I was discounted for a lesser service. I had to pay the difference between the two types. I wasn't expecting this. Again the staff and service coordinator were outstanding. Maybe I read the contract wrong, but I assumed a service was a service. I didn't feel 8 shpuldve paid today. I did not voice this displeasure to the team onsitw. I ater reconsidered and felt differently
I requested that Tim Rau have them replace the tire they found with a mail in it with the spare. Even when I repeated the instructions,they did not, so when I came to pick it up, my wife and I had to wait for them to do it. Also, should I have been charged for wheel balancing when they found a mail in the tire and I requested they mount the spare instead? Doesn’t make sense.
