Service rep and tech did a good job.
Car wash was just a rinse and dry. Car had dirty sections so drying basically put micro scratches due to poor attention to detail. Last time my car went here it was the same thing. Disappointing.
Took a long time for valet to find and get my car with several people getting their car before me even though attendant called for car before the others. Girl was nice about the delay though.

very pleased that emissions related issue was diagnosed and fixed same day. Thank you Jacob Skaalen....One thing that has nothing to do with Jacob relates to your main newly remodeled waiting area which has a newly installed built-in scented deodorizer system which apparently cannot be shutoff. After waiting there a few minutes I found myself having to move and wait instead in your smaller, auxiliary waiting area (fiat showroom) which was very satisfactory. Management might want to rethink that wall built-in deodorizing system. Many people do not want to breathe in irritating perfume, cologne etc. Honestly, I liked the main waiting area you had BEFORE your remodel.
My advisor arranged for a loaner car when I had forgotten to do so. That was very much appreciated.
