Brought vehicle in for a maintenance check. This is with a 2017 ram 1500 with a 5.7 hemi. I kept getting a check engine light come on every now & then. When the mornings were cold my gas gauge would fail and i would have a notification on my dash. I brought my truck in, fuel pump was covered under warranty, went to pick up my truck after 3 days of being in the shop with the check engine light still on. I tried to call Joe 2+ times with no call back. So that’s nice.

Richard Small was great as usual. He communicated frequently and managed to resolve an issue with my Jeep that has been an issue on and off for the last year, and it was covered under warranty!
I came in for a recall and tire balance before leavingon a trip to Colorado the following day. Left my truck all day and was notifoed when picked up that the balancing was not completed because you didnt have the adapter for my tires . . . .
Always an easy visit. (Well, except for the final bill, but that’s the literal cost that comes along with having a Lexus.)
Kylie was very communicative. Let me know what the anticipated cost would be and came to the waiting room and let me know I would be delayed because of a sick call out.
