I have a 1/2” binder of notes, time stamps, emails requesting updates (10+), escalation to RAM Cares…to Theresa not following up re Customer satisfaction etc.
Three times and over five weeks my TRX was there dealing with a coolant loss issue and odor, initially dismissed as “they all smell like that”
Todd/Service Director ultimately took point and helped but my chronicled experience and the systematic culture of apathy was underlying.
As a customer, actually a conquest customer (two Ford Raptors prior)…it’s insane how much I had to get involved and escalate concerns
I will gladly meet and provide it all as I’d prefer to be an Airpark RAM customer in the future. The large cold coffee cup left in my TRX at pickup days ago was another “canary in the coal mine” of nobody caring. Bystander Effect.

Kyle is definitely 5 - star. He stepped up and paid for an inexpensive part and even single bolt installed it. Who does that as a service. In fact Kyle's colleagues who also represent the auto service industry misinformed and ultimately denied the warranty coverage said small part (R.O.# 655326 tech # 2384) who's the warranty clerk on duty? Owners manual page 88 states part was used as per designed yet failed. Awesome Kyle took it all for the team. There's value in people like Kyle (I've been in the industry many years).
