Was exceptionally pleased and grateful for the extra effort that team Jacob S. exhibited....including Anthony and the auto mechanic/specialist who worked on my vehicle 2/25 so that they were able to wrap everything up on Saturday (completing repairs needed to "Pass" the five-yr Power Train Inspection.)

Kyle is absolutely amazing! I truly appreciate all of his support while dealing with my steering damper issue. My negative comment is related to the new Lyft policy. Shuttles are not offered, courtesy cars are not offered, and now a $15 Lyft limit has gone into effect. That is extremely disappointing and quite frankly, shows how the dealership is more concerned about their bottom line than taking care of their customers.

Richard Small was fantastic to work with! His expertise in diagnosing the problem was impressive and he explained it to me very thoroughly! He was EXTREMELY professional and only exceeded by how enjoyable he was to work with! Having owned cars for well over 50 years… I can honestly say this was the very best, AND most fun, experience I have ever had with a Service department! My advice to whoever is reading this… do whatever it takes to keep Richard at Airpark Jeep! He’s a gem!! Brad Chandler
